El Paso Police responded to a disturbance call at a Dunkin Donuts drive-through on December 09, 2023, resulting in the arrest of three employees who allegedly threatened a customer. At approximately 8:36 pm, officers arrived at the scene to find a 41-year-old victim and his girlfriend involved in an altercation with the employees.

The incident began when the victim’s girlfriend, attempting to place an order, encountered what she described as rude behavior from an employee via the drive-through intercom. Upon requesting to speak to the manager, the employee responded with explicit language, claiming to be the manager.

As the woman drove towards the window, three employees emerged from the back of the store, each brandishing a handgun. One of the employees reportedly chambered a round in the pistol, aimed it at the 41-year-old customer, and verbally threatened him, stating, “ya’ll gonna die tonight.”
