Beaumont Woman Fatally Stabbed on Christmas Eve; Suspect in Critical Condition
On Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at approximately 2:49 p.m., Beaumont Police officers responded to a reported disturbance at a residence in the 4900 block of Mallett. Upon arrival, officers found a woman suffering from multiple stab wounds and a man also wounded.
Beaumont EMS pronounced the female victim, identified as 40-year-old Tiffany Guidry of Beaumont, deceased at the scene. The male, identified as the suspect in the homicide, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
The Beaumont Police Department’s Family Violence Unit is leading the investigation. The suspect remains in police custody while receiving medical treatment and will be transported to jail upon release.
