Three Arrested After Williamson County Detectives Seize Drugs, Guns and $44,000 During Cedar Park Raid

CEDAR PARK, Texas — Three people were arrested after a months-long narcotics investigation culminated in a search warrant at a Cedar Park apartment, where detectives seized large quantities of drugs, firearms, and cash.

According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, members of the Organized Crime Unit executed a search warrant on July 6 at the Bexley Apartment Complex, located at 2801 S. Lakeline Blvd.

The investigation began after the Organized Crime Unit received a Crime Stoppers tip in January 2026.

During the search, detectives recovered:

  • 10.4 grams of cocaine
  • Approximately 25 ounces of THC wax
  • 1,208.4 grams of alprazolam, or approximately 4,771 pills
  • 772 grams of THC vape products, including 385 vape cartridges
  • Approximately 1.2 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms
  • 50.56 pounds of marijuana
  • $44,522 in cash
  • Nine handguns
  • One Mossberg shotgun
  • Three AR-15-style rifles
  • One Draco AK-style pistol
  • A digital scale
  • Multiple cellular phones

Authorities arrested 19-year-old Sergio Madrigal and 20-year-old Jessica Carrese. Both face charges of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance involving cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, alprazolam, and THC wax, as well as Possession of Marijuana between 50 and 2,000 pounds.

A third suspect, 20-year-old Angel Rosas, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 involving THC vape products.

The sheriff’s office said the investigation demonstrates the Organized Crime Unit’s continued efforts to identify and dismantle narcotics trafficking operations in Williamson County.

Sheriff Matthew Lindemann praised the detectives involved in the case, saying their dedication and perseverance continue to protect the community.
