Beaumont Cold Case: Unsolved Homicide of Car Detailer Remains Under Investigation

On March 10, 2022, Ashton Randolph was shot and killed in the driveway of his home on Irma Street in Beaumont. At approximately 7:30 PM, Randolph, known as “Hustle Man” for his work in car detailing, was approached by an unknown assailant and shot as he exited his vehicle in the 1000 block of Irma. Investigators have identified multiple individuals involved in the incident.

The Beaumont Police Department has determined that the shooting was a targeted attack. The weapon used in Randolph’s murder was later linked to a shooting in Houston in May 2022. Despite this connection, the case remains unsolved.
