Stafford Police Arrest Carjacking Suspect After Freeway Pursuit

The Stafford Police Department arrested a suspect following a carjacking that occurred early Tuesday morning, June 10, 2025, in the 12000 block of the Southwest Freeway. The incident involved the suspect reportedly firing one shot before forcibly taking the victim’s vehicle.

At approximately 7:28 a.m., Stafford Police received a 911 call reporting the carjacking. A swift investigation by officers led to the location of the stolen vehicle, initiating a pursuit. The chase concluded safely in the 8888 block of Country Creek in Houston.

No injuries were reported to either the victim or during the pursuit.
