20-Year-Old Infinity Church Youth Leader Arrested in Montgomery County for Child Porn

CONROE, TX — A 20-year-old active youth pastor and worship leader at a Houston-area church has been arrested on multiple felony charges after digital tracking linked him to the systemic downloading of child exploitation material.
Noel Dwayne Walker, of Conroe, was taken into custody on Thursday, July 2, 2026, by detectives with the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office. Walker has been charged with five counts of Possession of Child Pornography, upgraded to first-degree felonies under Texas law due to aggravating factors; and one count of Promotion or Possession of a Child-Like Sex Doll, a state jail felony.
Church Leadership Roles Exposed
The arrest has sent shockwaves through the local community due to Walker’s direct, unfettered access to minors. At the time of his arrest, Walker publicly identified himself as a Youth Pastor and Worship Leader at Infinity Church in the greater Houston area.
A review of publicly available social media assets shows Walker actively participating in the church’s youth summer camp activities, leading events and interacting closely with children just days before his apprehension.
NCMEC Alert Sparked Deep Digital Probe
The investigation was initiated after the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) routed a high-priority CyberTip referral to local law enforcement.
Constable Ryan Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit, working in tandem with specialized Safe Harbor Detectives, launched a comprehensive operation. By deploying targeted search warrants and preliminary digital forensic techniques, cyber-crimes investigators successfully mapped the illicit network traffic back to Walker’s physical footprint, establishing the probable cause needed to secure an arrest warrant.
Thousands of CSAM Files Suspected
During the execution of the arrest and associated search warrants, investigators seized an array of electronic infrastructure from Walker’s possession.
ICAC tech specialists believe the recovered devices contain thousands of hidden Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) images and videos. While Walker remains held in the county jail, a comprehensive, frame-by-frame forensic examination of the hardware is ongoing. Authorities noted that additional state or federal felony charges are highly likely to be stacked as the digital audit continues.
Law Enforcement Public Appeal: In light of Walker’s active employment overseeing minors at Infinity Church, the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office is urging parents, guardians, or anyone with information related to his interactions with children to contact the Criminal Investigations Division immediately at 281-364-4211.
