Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Individual with Open Felony Warrant for Child Sexual Contact

On January 17, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office carried out a routine traffic stop on a vehicle in the 22100 block of Kenchester Drive. The driver, identified as 54-year-old Felipe Bermudez, was found to have an open Felony Warrant for Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact upon further investigation.

Felipe Bermudez was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail in connection with the open warrant. His bond has been set at $75,000.00 by the 230th District Court.
