Spring Massage Parlor Employee Arrested for Prostitution During Undercover Investigation

SPRING, Texas — An undercover prostitution investigation at a massage business in Spring led to the arrest of one employee, the referral of two others to federal immigration investigators and the discovery of multiple alleged licensing violations, according to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman.

On Thursday, October 22, 2026, detectives with Herman’s office conducted an undercover investigation at SUN Massage, located in the 4900 block of FM 2920 Road, following complaints about suspected prostitution activity at the establishment.

During the operation, an undercover detective posing as a customer was allegedly offered sexual services by a massage therapist in exchange for $200.

Detectives identified the employee as 56-year-old Jin Hua Wang, who was arrested and charged with prostitution.

Two Additional Employees Referred to Homeland Security Investigations

As detectives continued their investigation, they identified two additional massage therapists who were allegedly working without the licenses required by the state.

Both individuals were referred to Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) for review of possible work authorization and immigration status violations.

The Sheriff’s Office did not conduct the investigation; it was carried out by Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

Business Operating Without State Massage License

Investigators also determined that SUN Massage did not have a valid state license to operate as a massage establishment.

Detectives documented multiple alleged violations of Texas regulations governing massage businesses.

A report detailing the findings was forwarded to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) for further review.

The regulatory findings are separate from the prostitution charge filed against Wang.
