Car Thief Caught Inside Dollar General in Silver Woods Area

On January 31, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office swiftly responded to a report of a motor vehicle burglary in the 2000 block of FM 1960 Road West in the Silver Woods area.

Upon arrival, a witness informed authorities that the suspect had fled on foot to a nearby business.

Constable Deputies located the suspect, identified as 31-year-old Tresvant Threadgill, inside the Dollar General Store. Threadgill was positively identified as the individual involved in the motor vehicle burglary.

Threadgill was subsequently taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Burglary Motor Vehicle.
