Houston Murderer Captured in Louisiana for July Homicide on Brookglade Circle

Houston, TX – Authorities have arrested Quinntin Michael Senegal, 38, in connection with the fatal shooting of Kevin Moore, 45, which occurred on July 17, 2025, at an apartment complex on 12615 Brookglade Circle.

According to the HPD Homicide Division, officers found Moore in the common area of the complex around 8:45 p.m., suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital by Houston Fire Department paramedics, where he was pronounced deceased.

Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots prior to discovering the victim. Investigators identified Senegal as the suspect; he was charged with murder on August 19 and arrested on September 5 in St. Martinville, Louisiana. Senegal is currently in custody at the St. Martin Parish Jail awaiting extradition to Harris County.

The case is being prosecuted in the 496th Criminal District Court.
