Woman Arrested with Heroin in Northwest Harris County

On December 22, 2023, a routine patrol by a deputy from the Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office led to the discovery of a vehicle in the 5700 block of Louetta Road in northwest Harris County that was associated with a missing person. The deputy initiated contact with the occupant, who provided false information regarding her identity and date of birth.

Upon further investigation, the individual was identified as 37-year-old Heather Nicole Honeycutt. It was revealed that she had an open Felony Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Additionally, a thorough examination uncovered that Honeycutt was in possession of Heroin.

Heather Honeycutt was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on charges related to the open warrant. She faces charges of Failure to Identify to a Police Officer and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
