20-Year-Old Woman Charged with Injury to a Child After Alleged Assault on 14-Year-Old

On December 21, 2023, deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a weapon disturbance call in the 23600 block of Buttress Root Drive, Spring, TX. The complainant, a fourteen-year-old juvenile female, reported a physical assault during a verbal altercation with 20-year-old Montreyvia White, a person known to her.

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Montreyvia White was already out on bond for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Child Protection Services were notified and informed about the details of the case.

White was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Injury to a Child.
