Wanted Suspect Captured After Multi-County Pursuit Ends in Harris County

On Friday, March 14, 2025, at approximately 1:41 p.m., a Precinct 4 Deputy conducting a routine patrol near CR 48 and Pomona Parkway observed a green Dodge Challenger with expired registration.
A traffic stop was initiated, and a check of the vehicle’s license plate indicated it was associated with a male wanted on multiple warrants and known to be aggressive with law enforcement. Brazoria County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to assist.
The Deputy contacted the driver, who claimed not to have a driver’s license and provided a name that could not be verified. When the Deputy returned to question the driver further, the suspect fled, leading to a pursuit.
The chase began on CR 48, continued through Pearland onto FM 518, and proceeded northbound on SH 288 into Harris County. The pursuit ended near Cullen Parkway when the suspect’s front right tire failed. The suspect fled on foot but was apprehended after a brief chase.
Authorities later confirmed the suspect’s true identity and discovered multiple active warrants:
- Felony Stalking – Harris County Sheriff’s Office
- Probation Violation for Terroristic Threat Family Violence – Bexar County Sheriff’s Office
- Violation of a Protective Order – San Antonio Police Department
- Stalking – San Antonio Police Department
The suspect also had an active protective order out of Guadalupe County. He now faces additional charges for Evading in a Motor Vehicle (F3) and Failure to Identify Fugitive from Justice (MA).
The Precinct 4 Constable’s Office thanked the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office for assisting in the arrest.
