Truck Stolen From Houston Premium Outlet Mall Recovered After Flock Safety Alert, One Arrested

Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office reports the arrest of 19-year-old Jabravian Dewayne Jordan in connection with the theft of a Dodge Ram truck from the Houston Premium Outlet Mall on April 12, 2025.

Deputies responded to the mall after the complainant reported his truck stolen. Utilizing Flock Safety camera technology, deputies tracked the vehicle’s movement to the area of 610 and North Wayside Drive. A BOLO (Be On the Lookout) alert was issued to the Houston Police Department, who subsequently intercepted the vehicle at 8000 Mesa Drive and detained all five occupants.

Constable’s Office deputies arrived at that location and identified Jabravian Dewayne Jordan as the driver of the stolen vehicle. Jordan reportedly provided a full confession implicating himself in the auto theft.

Jabravian Dewayne Jordan was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on a felony Auto Theft charge. His bond was set at $1,000.00 by the 486th District Court.
