Self-Admitted Paisas Gang Member Apprehended Crossing Rio Grande in Texas

U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) agents apprehended a Mexican national, Miguel Rosales-Rosales, on April 9th as he was rafting across the Rio Grande River. Rosales-Rosales reportedly admitted to being a member of the notorious Paisas gang and stated he was recruited while serving jail time for trespassing in Harris County. He also admitted to participating in gang violence while incarcerated. Rosales-Rosales now faces prosecution for felony illegal re-entry (8USC1326).
