Humble Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Bust and Stolen Firearms Recovery

A traffic stop in Humble on February 20, 2025, conducted by Constable Mark Herman’s Office, resulted in the arrest of two individuals and the seizure of a large quantity of drugs, cash, and stolen firearms, including a stolen Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) duty weapon.
During a traffic stop in the 14700 block of Woodland Hills Drive in Humble, TX, deputies detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A subsequent search revealed Carisoprodol, Alprazolam, and Hydrocodone.

The driver, 48-year-old Larry Wiley, was found to be on parole for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The passenger was identified as 35-year-old Markesha Ross.
A search warrant was then executed at their residence in the 12100 block of Drummond Maple Drive in Atascocita, where deputies seized:
- 36 cases of Promethazine
- 1,781.3 grams of Hydrocodone
- 46.3 grams of Oxycodone
- 3 sealed 100-count bottles of Alprazolam
- 102.4 grams of Adderall
- 27.65 ounces of marijuana
- 138.9 grams of Soma
- $19,726 in U.S. currency
- Three stolen firearms, including a stolen HCSO duty weapon.
