Elderly Man Shot at home in Dallas

On Friday, May 5, 2023, at approximately 7:05 p.m., Dallas Police officers responded to a shooting call in the 10600 block of Coogan Drive.  The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found 73-year-old Alvaro Sosa, with a gunshot wound.  Sosa died from his injuries.

The investigation is ongoing and will be documented on case number 350781-2023.
