El Paso Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault and Family Violence After Firing Shotgun Inside Apartment

Quick action by nearby officers resulted in the apprehension of Hernandez at 4600 Sunrise Avenue. Law enforcement personnel on the scene managed to safely detain him without further incident.
