La Marque Man Convicted of Indecency with Child Sexual Contact Receives Life Sentence

Hector Calderon, 63, of La Marque, has been convicted of the felony offense of Indecency with Child Sexual Contact. The conviction follows an investigation conducted by the La Marque Police Department Criminal Investigation Division.

After a trial, Calderon was found guilty on January 31, 2024, and sentenced to life in prison. This marks a subsequent conviction for Calderon, who was a previously convicted sex offender.
