Woman Arrested for Assault and Threatening Deputy in Harris County

On February 6, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office rushed to the 25000 block of Stone Mill Lane in Spring, Texas, following reports of a disturbance.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that during a verbal altercation, a 26-year-old named Aliah Kizzie had allegedly struck a 57-year-old woman in the face with a closed fist, causing pain and visible injury.

As Kizzie was being apprehended, she reportedly threatened the deputy, stating her intention to physically assault them once her handcuffs were removed.

Subsequently, Aliah Kizzie was arrested and taken into custody. She faces charges of Assault and Retaliation and was booked into the Harris County Jail. Her bond was set at $10,000.00 by the 185th District Court and County Court 5.
