Victim Identified in Ingersoll St. Homicide
Dallas Police have identified the female victim as 21-year-old Aureanna Hernandez.

On Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at approximately 12:59 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 2600 block of Ingersoll Street. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found two adult victims, one man, one woman, who had been shot. Both victims were transported to a hospital, where the female victim died from her injuries and the male victim remains in stable condition.
This is an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case number 060856-2023.
