Two Kingwood Men Arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault of Two Juveniles

Two Kingwood men have been arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child following a four-month investigation by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit. The arrests stem from an incident on June 16, 2025, where two 15-year-old juveniles were allegedly lured through social media and sexually assaulted.
On June 16, 2025, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report that two 15-year-old juveniles had been lured via a popular social media platform to the parking lot of the New Caney ISD football stadium. At that location, the suspects allegedly produced a pistol and sexually assaulted the victims in a vehicle.
Following the incident, the victims informed their parents, who promptly contacted the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Detectives quickly identified Darville Reginald Allen, 19, and Abdul Saleem, 20, both from Kingwood, as the suspects. Warrants were secured, and both individuals were taken into custody without incident. Allen was arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team, which included members of the US Marshals Service – Gulf Coast Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force.
Both suspects have been charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Allen’s bond has been set at $150,000, and Saleem’s at $100,000. Both were booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office urges parents to monitor their children’s social media activity and to report any suspicious communications to law enforcement immediately.
