Suspect Charged in May Death Investigation at West Gulf Bank Road, Arrested by Houston SWAT

UPDATE: On Saturday (November 25), Glasper was located and arrested by officers with the HPD SWAT team without incident and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Marquise Rochard Glasper, 37, has been charged in connection with the death of 35-year-old Crystal Lynch, whose body has not been located since she was reported missing on May 7. Glasper faces charges of murder, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, and tampering with evidence – human corpse in the 176th State District Court.

The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on May 6, 2023, at the couple’s residence located at 7728 West Gulf Bank Road. According to a witness, Glasper, the victim’s husband, discovered Lynch’s alleged affair with another man and had previously made threats indicating harm if he ever learned about an affair.

During the investigation, authorities conducted a search on Lynch’s vehicle, revealing possible blood in multiple areas. A search of the couple’s apartment also uncovered signs of attempted cleanup at the scene. Despite ongoing efforts, the whereabouts of Crystal Lynch’s body remain unknown.
