Suspect Arrested for Indecent Exposure with Previous Convictions Following Peeping Incident in Harris County

On November 30, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report in the 6500 block of Coral Ridge in Northwest Houston regarding a suspicious male peeping through windows. Upon arrival, the deputies identified the individual as 35-year-old Chris Baltazar.

A subsequent investigation uncovered that Baltazar had an existing open warrant for Indecent Exposure with Previous Convictions. Consequently, he was promptly arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail in connection with the outstanding warrant. Bail for Chris Baltazar has been set at $6,010.00.
