Spring, Texas: 52-Year-Old Arrested for Aggravated Assault in Yellow Thyme Drive Incident

On January 28, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an assault call in the 24000 block of Yellow Thyme Drive in Spring, Texas.

The suspect, identified as 52-year-old Craig Phipps, allegedly assaulted the complainant using both his hands and a weapon, resulting in injuries.

Following the incident, Phipps was apprehended and subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail. He is now facing charges of Aggravated Assault. As of now, details regarding his bond and court proceedings have not been determined.
