Naked Man Found in Stolen Vehicle on Hardy Toll Road, Arrested by Deputies

On April 30, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to reports of a stalled vehicle blocking a moving lane of traffic in the 27900 block of the Hardy Toll Road.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered a naked man sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. He was identified as 52-year-old Omar Moreno.

A further investigation revealed that the vehicle had recently been reported stolen to the Houston Police Department. The car was recovered at the scene and later returned to its rightful owner.

Omar Moreno was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail. He has been charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $15,000 by the 230th District Court.
