Conroe, TX – A 34-year-old man has been sentenced to 50 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice after pleading guilty to promotion of child pornography charges stemming from a multi-agency Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation that also uncovered evidence of super aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Justin Guill, a white male, 34, pleaded guilty on February 18, 2026, in Montgomery County to five counts of Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography. The plea resulted in a 50-year prison sentence related to the Montgomery County case.

Guill was originally arrested on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in Onalaska, Texas, following an extensive investigation led by Sergeant J. Serratt of the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office ICAC Task Force. The operation involved the execution of a search warrant at Guill’s residence, during which investigators seized multiple electronic devices believed to contain child sexual abuse material.

Two minor children were present at the scene and were immediately removed and placed into protective custody by Child Protective Services. Authorities confirmed that both children have since been placed in a safe environment and are receiving appropriate care.

The arrest was a collaborative effort involving the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office, Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and the Onalaska Police Department.

Following the initial charges and further forensic analysis of the seized devices, additional evidence emerged linking Guill to more serious offenses. He will now be transported to Polk County to face charges of Super Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

“This case is a sobering reminder of the threats our children face online and in our communities,” said Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable Philip Cash. “Thanks to the relentless efforts of our ICAC Task Force and the cooperation of our partner agencies, a dangerous individual has been taken off the streets, and children have been removed from a harmful environment.”

The Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office expressed gratitude to all assisting agencies for their critical support in the investigation and rescue of the children.
