Man Re-Arrested on Additional Child Pornography Charges in Montgomery County

Sebastian Wisch has been re-arrested and is facing additional charges of Possession of Child Pornography following an ongoing investigation by Constable Ryan Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.
In February 2025, detectives began investigating Wisch for the possession and distribution of child sexual assault material. A search warrant executed at his residence resulted in the seizure of electronic devices containing such material.
Wisch was initially arrested and charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography (first-degree felonies) and was subsequently released on bail on March 20, 2025.
As the investigation continued and detectives analyzed the seized electronic devices, three additional charges of Possession of Child Pornography were filed on March 24, 2025.
On March 27, 2025, Wisch was taken back into custody and rebooked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail. He is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
The Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office, under Constable Gable, is a member of the Houston-Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, demonstrating their commitment to protecting children from exploitation.
