Man Arrested for Inserting Store Items in Rectum at Antique Outlet Mall

On February 15, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to reports from concerned citizens regarding a male individual at an Antique Outlet Mall in the 21100 block of Spring Towne Drive in Spring, Texas. The individual was observed selecting items from various vendors and placing them in his rectum before returning them to the shelves.

Following an investigation, the male was identified as 60-year-old Mitchell Cooper Vest. As a result of the incident, which resulted in the disposal of multiple antique items, Constable Deputies obtained a warrant for Vest’s arrest on charges of criminal mischief.

Subsequently, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit apprehended Mitchell Vest in connection with the criminal mischief warrant. His bond has been set at $100.00 by County Court 14.
