Undercover Operation Leads to Prostitution Arrest at Spring Massage Parlor
Deyanira Delapaz

On February 13, 2024, investigators from Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted an undercover operation at SF Massage on Champion Forest Drive in Spring following complaints of alleged prostitution.

During the operation, officers posing as customers were solicited for sex by an employee identified as Deyanira Delapaz, who was not licensed as a massage therapist.

As a result of the investigation, Delapaz was arrested and charged with prostitution. She was booked into the Harris County Jail with a bond set at $100.00 by County Court 9.

Authorities remind the public that massage parlors can sometimes be fronts for illegal activities such as prostitution, money laundering, and human trafficking. Workers in these establishments may be victims of coercion, fraud, or threats, including human trafficking tactics.

Citizens with information on illegal activities can report them anonymously through the Constable’s website at www.ConstablePct4.com, using the On-Line Services tab and selecting Regulatory Violation.
