Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Cypress Creek Pkwy Restaurant Parking Lot

On February 3, 2024, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s office witnessed a man intentionally exposing his genitals in the public parking lot of a restaurant located in the 4600 block of FM 1960 Road (Cypress Creek Pkwy).

After taking the suspect into custody, the Deputy investigated further, talking with customers and restaurant staff. He found that the suspect had been exposing his genitals to nearby customers for a while.

The identified suspect, 42-year-old Patrick Sandifer, was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He now faces charges of Indecent Exposure, and his bond has been set at $100.00 by County Court 14.
