Magnolia Massage Therapist Arrested for Indecent Assault; Investigators Seek Additional Victims

MAGNOLIA, Texas – A Magnolia massage therapist has been arrested on an indecent assault charge after a woman reported she was inappropriately touched during a massage, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to a 911 call on July 3, 2026, regarding an alleged indecent assault at Deluxe Therapeutic Massage & Spa, located at 4849 FM 1488 in Magnolia.

Investigators said they met with a female victim who reported she had been inappropriately touched and assaulted during a massage at the business.

Detectives identified the suspect as 29-year-old Bradley Orton of Magnolia. He is described as a 6’06” tall white male, weighing 180 lbs.

According to the sheriff’s office, investigators discovered that Orton had previously been arrested in 2022 for indecent assault while employed at Nara’s Therapeutic Massage Day & Spa in Harris County.

Working with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, detectives gathered evidence and obtained an arrest warrant for Orton.

Authorities said the warrant was executed on July 16 while Orton was working. He was taken into custody and charged with Indecent Assault by a Health or Mental Provider, a state jail felony, before being booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
