Houston Premium Outlet Mall Theft Leads to Arrest of Suspects

On January 27, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office swiftly responded to a reported theft at the Houston Premium Outlet Mall, situated at 29300 Northwest Freeway. Loss prevention personnel informed deputies that a group of suspects had been engaged in thefts at various businesses within the mall and had fled the scene in a white Chevrolet Malibu.

Upon arrival, constable deputies quickly located the suspect vehicle and identified the occupants as 25-year-old Jose Alexander Sequera and 25-year-old Thais Maribis Beleno-Parra. Further investigation revealed that Thais was currently out on a $2,000.00 bond for Theft Aggregate.

A subsequent search of the white Chevrolet Malibu led to the discovery of various stolen merchandise from the Outlet Mall. Both Sequera and Beleno-Parra were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Theft.
