Deputies Arrest Three in Stolen Vehicle Bust on North Freeway
On January 28, 2024, deputies from Constable Herman’s office conducted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle in the 16500 block of North Fwy. The driver, identified as 35-year-old Kristina Butler, was accompanied by passengers 34-year-old Terry Jones and 26-year-old Osman Vasquez.
During the investigation, it was discovered that Kristina Butler had an out-of-state warrant and was out on a $100.00 bond for Criminal Trespass. Subsequently, all three individuals were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail.
Kristina Butler was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, with her bond set at $15,000.00 by the 262nd District Court. Terry Jones and Osman Vasquez were charged with Criminal Trespass on a Motor Vehicle, and their bonds were set at $100.00 by County Court 2.
