Houston Police Investigate Fatal Shooting of Two Men on Kings Gate Circle

The Houston Police Department is currently conducting an investigation into a tragic incident that occurred late Wednesday night. At approximately 11:15 p.m. on August 30, officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex located at 7298 Kings Gate Circle.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered two men who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Tragically, both victims were found in critical condition and were pronounced deceased by Houston Fire Department paramedics who swiftly responded to the incident.

The identities of the two victims are currently pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Witnesses in the area reported hearing multiple gunshots and observed a dark-colored truck fleeing the scene, heading eastbound toward Fondren Road immediately after the shooting.

The investigation is being led by HPD Homicide Division Detectives J. Escobar and M. Perez.
