Houston Police Investigate Fatal Shooting at Hillcroft Avenue Apartment Complex

Authorities are currently investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at 3737 Hillcroft Avenue around 6:20 a.m. on November 29. The victim, a 45-year-old male, was shot in the parking lot of the Hillcroft apartment complex in uptown Houston, according to witnesses.

The Houston Fire Department paramedics swiftly responded to the scene and transported the victim to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the man was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
