Houston Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charges After Four-Month Investigation

Following a four-month investigation, deputies from Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office have arrested a Houston man on multiple felony charges of possession of child pornography.
Detectives received a tip earlier this year, which led to a residential search warrant being obtained. Upon investigating the suspect’s phones, authorities discovered more than 1,000 images, including pornographic videos of children as young as an infant.
Alexander Lopez, 21, was arrested on Thursday morning in the 16600 block of Moary Firth Drive in Northwest Houston. The arrest was made with the assistance of the Harris County Viper Task Force. Lopez is charged with three felony counts of possession of child pornography.
