Houston Man Arrested For Exposing Himself at Rowlett Rd Walmart

On Friday, December 08, 2023, Harris County Constable Precinct 2 Deputies were dispatched to an individual who was exposing himself at the Walmart Supercenter, 9598 Rowlett Rd, Houston.

Deputies arrived and detained the suspect. Deputies reviewed surveillance footage and observed the suspect exposing himself to the public. Also, in the footage, a child could be seen nearby in eyeshot of the suspect’s act.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted, and 28-year-old Randy Bimel was charged with Indecency with a Child by Exposure.
