Houston Man Arrested for DWI, Multiple Fake Ids and Social Security Cards
On December 21, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office carried out a traffic stop on a vehicle located in the 23900 block of the Tomball Parkway. The driver, identified as Cedric Fernandes, exhibited several signs of intoxication.
Upon conducting Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, law enforcement determined that Fernandes was indeed intoxicated. Subsequent investigation uncovered that he was in possession of multiple fictitious social security cards and Texas identification cards.
As a result of these findings, Cedric Fernandes was apprehended and taken into custody. He has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Tampering with a Government Document. Fernandes is currently being held at the Harris County Jail, and his bond has been set at $10,000.00. The case will be handled by the 179th District Court and County Court 3.
