Homicide at 3900 Diamond Ave
On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at about 5:10 PM, Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3900 block of Diamond Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found Khari Brown, 43, shot and laying in the middle of the street. Brown was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
A grand jury referral will be submitted to the Dallas Co. District Attorney’s office.
The investigation is ongoing and documented under case number 052424-2023.
