FBI Seeks Additional Victims After Arrest of Corpus Christi Business Owner

HOUSTON — The FBI is asking for the public’s help in identifying additional victims following the arrest of a Corpus Christi business owner on multiple federal charges.

Victor “Danny” Almaguer, owner of Danny’s Tires in Corpus Christi, was recently arrested and charged with kidnapping, wire fraud, and aggravated identity theft.

According to the FBI and the Corpus Christi Police Department, investigators believe there may be additional victims across several regions, including Corpus Christi, Houston, San Antonio, and the Rio Grande Valley.

Authorities are urging anyone who may have had contact with Almaguer or his associates, or believes they may have been victimized, to come forward.

The investigation remains ongoing.
