Fatal Shooting Under Investigation in Northside Houston

Houston police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at 215 Sunnyside Street in Northside Houston around 9:10 p.m. last Friday, January 5th.

The victim, believed to be in his 30s or 40s, awaits verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. Responding to a shooting call, officers discovered the victim in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.

As of now, there are no identified witnesses, suspects, or motives in the shooting.
