Deputies Apprehend Suspects in Life Time Gym Parking Lot Vehicle Break-in

On January 26, 2024, Constable Mark Herman’s Office deputies patrolling in the 7700 block of Willow Chase Boulevard (near Willowbrook mall) witnessed two males breaking into a vehicle at the Life Time gym parking lot.

Upon approaching, one suspect fled on foot while the other fled in a vehicle. After a brief pursuit, both individuals, identified as 35-year-old Darnell Walker and 41-year-old Harold Davis, were apprehended.

Walker and Davis were subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Darnell Walker faces charges of Burglary to a Motor Vehicle and Evading Arrest, while Harold Davis is charged with Burglary to a Motor Vehicle and Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle. As of now, bond and court information for the suspects have not been determined.
