Dead Woman Found on Halifax Street Ditch, Houston Police Investigating

Houston police are awaiting autopsy results following the discovery of a deceased female at 13100 Halifax Street in Northshore area around 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2024. The location of the scene is next to a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. The identity and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Houston Police Officers responded to a person down call at the specified address and found the female unresponsive in a ditch. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced her deceased at the scene.
