Dallas Teacher Arrested for Improper Relationship with Student
On April 4, 2023, Dallas Police arrested 38-year-old Qasim Frazier and charged him with Improper Relationship between Educator and Student.
On February 24, 2023, the Dallas Police Department’s Child Exploitation Unit received information Frazier, a teacher at Bryan Adams High School, was involved in an improper relationship with a current DISD student.
Frazier turned himself into Dallas Police and was taken to the Dallas County Jail.
