Convicted Felon Wanted for Using Stolen Credit Cards in Northwest Houston Burglary

HOUSTON, Texas – Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office are seeking Julia Jones, a convicted felon, in connection with a burglary and credit card fraud that occurred on January 6, 2026, in the 29300 block of Northwest Freeway.

According to deputies, an unknown suspect forcibly entered a vehicle and stole thousands of dollars in property, including multiple credit cards issued to the victim and her husband. The stolen cards were later used to purchase approximately $3,000 in gift cards at a local Target store.

Investigators reviewed surveillance footage, interviewed witnesses, and researched vehicle rental information, ultimately identifying Jones as the suspect. A witness positively confirmed her involvement, and surveillance video shows her committing the offense.

Jones has been charged with Credit Card Abuse, and a warrant has been issued for her arrest. Anyone with information regarding her location is urged to contact Constable Herman’s Office or local law enforcement.
