Convicted Felon Arrested for Illegally Recording Women in Harris County Business Restroom

On January 30, 2024, a Sergeant from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report in the 11000 block of Huffmeister Road in northwest Houston regarding a portable recording device found in a business woman’s restroom at 900 Prairie Street. Constable Investigators from the High Tech Crimes Unit conducted a forensic examination of the device, revealing numerous images and videos of individuals unknowingly recorded while using the restroom.

Following a investigation, on February 9, 2023, the suspect was identified as 32-year-old Pierre Dante Holt, a previously convicted felon. Holt was apprehended at his workplace and found to be in possession of two firearms.

“Pierre Holt has been arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Invasive Visual Recording and Felon in Possession of a Firearm,” stated Constable Mark Herman. “We anticipate more victims to come forward and encourage anyone with information to contact our dispatch or their local law enforcement.”
