Harris County Constable Appeals for Public Assistance to Unmask Jewelry Thieves in $100,000 Antique Shop Heist

Harris County Precinct 5 Constable Ted Heap is urging the public to assist in identifying two individuals suspected of shoplifting nearly $100,000 worth of jewelry from an antique store in Southwest Houston.

The theft, which occurred in October, was reported from a store located in the 1800 block of S. Dairy Ashford. Surveillance footage from the incident reveals two suspects lingering around a jewelry display. One suspect acted as a lookout while the other skillfully picked the lock. A total of 16 jewelry pieces were stolen during the incident.

Constable Heap is seeking the community’s help in identifying the suspects captured on the security cameras.
