Arrest Warrant Executed for Texas Doctor on Indecent Assault Charges in Montgomery County

Detectives from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, District 2 Criminal Investigation Division, executed an arrest warrant for Dr. Kozhaya Sokhon at the Adva Cardio Clinic in The Woodlands, Texas. The arrest follows an investigation into multiple complaints of inappropriate sexual contact by Dr. Sokhon towards numerous patients.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, worked diligently to bring the investigation to a successful conclusion. Dr. Sokhon is currently in custody at the Montgomery County Jail, facing charges of Indecent Assault by a Health Care Provider.
