High-Speed Pursuit Ends in Crash and Arrest at FM 1960 and W. Townsen Blvd in Humble

On the evening of November 29, 2024, a vehicle pursuit involving multiple law enforcement agencies ended in a crash at the intersection of FM 1960 Bypass and W. Townsen Blvd in Humble, Texas.

At approximately 8:31 PM, Humble Dispatch received a request for assistance from Montgomery County regarding a pursuit of a white Honda Accord that had fled southbound on Highway 59 after an attempted stop by Splendora Police Department officers. The suspect exited the highway and turned westbound onto FM 1960 Bypass before colliding with another vehicle at the intersection.

Humble Police officers arrived at the scene following the crash to assist. The suspect was taken into custody by Splendora PD at the crash site.

Humble Fire Rescue transported three individuals involved in the collision to local hospitals for treatment. Their conditions have not been disclosed.

Humble Police are conducting a detailed investigation of the crash scene, ensuring evidence is documented and processed thoroughly.
